The job

• Grow with the company – supported by members of our experienced team in Germany, you will have the opportunity to build your own team around you, guide their progress and create a great office culture that reflects your individual style.
• You will have the chance to leave your mark without facing the risk of founding a company yourself but settling in an established network, drawing from a well-filled order book.
• After an onboarding phase, you will directly participate in and collaborate on diverse client projects as well as develop and refine BI solutions, dashboards, and data warehouses for and with your German colleagues.
• With the support of our team, you will learn how to use BI / CPM tools hands-on and create customized reporting and planning applications for the clients. This entails designing and implementing back-end data models as well as front-end dashboards and reports.
• Your tasks will also include preparing and running workshops with clients as well as identifying their requirements and conceptualizing the best solution for their individual needs.
• You will support the creation of planning and management concepts and design KPI dashboards.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in IT, Business Informatics, Economics, or another related field.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a BI consultant.
• Ideally, you have already gathered experience in consulting, designing and/or implementing BI solutions (such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, SAC, BOARD, and Jedox) and/or in working with SQL, data warehouses and ETL.
• You are fluent in English to a degree where you can easily and professionally communicate, both, with your international colleagues and clients, coordinate projects and discuss any business-related matter. Fluency in German is a strong plus.
• You have outstanding analytical skills and would like to combine your technical competence with your economic know-how.

• You will accompany projects throughout all their phases: from analyzing the client’s requirements, conceptualizing and shaping solutions to their technical implementation and go-live as well as, lastly, entering the stage of ongoing client support.
• With the support of our team, you will learn how to use BI / CPM tools hands-on and create customized reporting and planning applications.
• You will process data and lay the foundation for planning solutions and the design of KPI dashboards.

Your profile

• You have or will soon obtain a degree in IT, Business Informatics, Economics, or another related field.
• You want to jump into the deep-end and gather first experience as a BI Consultant.

The job

• After an onboarding phase, you will actively participate in and collaborate on projects involving the support and development (programming) of innovative software solutions.
• Your responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks, from integrating our API into other systems to frontend or backend development.
• You will develop software solutions for clients (e.g., by implementing bots and interfaces), and work with cutting-edge technologies on further developing the e-signature solution of our sister company SIGN8 in Germany.
• Your tasks will further include the daily management of project tasks, especially solving occurring problems, taking the necessary steps to resolve them and ensuring the smooth running of a project.

Your profile

• As a full-stack software developer, you have experience with two of the following tools (or similar): front-end: Vue; back-end: C#, Node.js, Flask; data bases: MongoDB, Azure Blob storage, Postgres – otherwise you should be motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with these technologies with the help of our employees.
• You hold a degree in IT, Business Informatics, or another related field.
• You can look back on a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. Work experience in IT consulting is a plus.
• You are fluent in English to a degree where you can easily communicate with the team in Germany on a daily basis, coordinate the projects and discuss any business-related matter. Fluency in German is a strong plus.
• You have strong communication skills, value team spirit and a collaborative work environment.
