“Once a solution approach has been evaluated and aligned with you, creating a clear and understandable vision for all parties involved, the project planning phase commences. This has the primary aim of scheduling your milestones. Depending on the complexity of our project, the planning phase may also include additional steps as needed, such as architecture planning or a design mock-up of the user interface.
